Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all original components included.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at support@laeviejewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and respond within 2 business hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving approval — unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

Unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Laevié cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit without tracking confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received an incorrect piece, please contact us at support@laeviejewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you — either through a replacement or a full refund.

Natural Materials Notice

Every Laevié piece contains genuine freshwater baroque pearls — natural materials formed by living organisms. Slight variations in shape, surface texture, luster, and tone are inherent to genuine baroque pearls and are not considered defects. These natural characteristics are precisely what make each piece singular and unrepeatable.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Items returned without prior approval or outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.
