Cultured Freshwater Pearls

Free insured & tracked shipping • 30-day returns

Flat, irregular cultured freshwater pearls overlap in a close, sculptural line around the neck or wrist — broad forms the water shaped, set edge to edge rather than spaced apart.

The flat silhouette lies close against the skin, so light travels across the overlapping forms rather than pooling on any one of them — a running gleam instead of a row of points. At the collarbone, above a silk camisole or inside the open collar of a structured blazer, it reads as the one unconventional decision in an otherwise disciplined outfit. The bracelet echoes the line at the wrist; a single iridescent accent pearl breaks the rhythm on purpose. Worn together they complement one another while remaining complete as individual pieces. The choker adjusts across a 2-inch sterling extender; the bracelet is a slip-on comfort fit.

Cultured freshwater pearl · 925 sterling silver
Flat, irregular cultured freshwater pearls, strung for drape and strength; one iridescent accent pearl. Clasp and extender in 925 sterling silver. Choker sits at the collarbone, adjustable via 2-inch extender; bracelet 5.5–6 inches, elasticated comfort fit. Cultured freshwater pearls vary individually in form, surface and lustre.

Care & Keeping

Pearls follow one rule above all: last on, first off. Finish your perfume, hairspray, and lotion before your jewelry touches skin, and remove it before anything else at day's end. After each wear, pass a soft, lint-free cloth over the pearls to lift skin oils. Keep nacre clear of water, chlorine, and household chemicals, and store each piece separately. Sterling silver revives with a gentle pass of a polishing cloth — kept away from the pearl itself. Never use ultrasonic cleaners or steam; a pearl's structure is organic, and irreplaceable.
